The AWT ProLight I Direct Method Exposure Unit is a selfcontained exposure unit ideal for shops of all sizes startups and full production operations It creates an efficient and evenly distributed actinic light profile Choose from two systems One system has highquality longlasting UV LED strips with a specific UV spectrum that exposes emulsion more quickly than typical LEDs This allows for the clearest fine line and detail exposures They also feature a small digital screen The fluorescent LED systems are also high quality and longlasting but don’t expose emulsion as quickly so fine lines and details aren’t as crisp as the UV LEDs They include a knob instead of a digital screen The unit has easytouse controls including a digital timer that shuts off automatically Instructions for setup and maintenance are included The nonporous flexible rubber blanket quiet vacuum motor and photoclear glass combine to produce accurate copy transmittal and minimize undercutting 115 V Note Optional legs attach underneath the unit and the optional shelf attaches to the legs In the list of items below the sizes of the leg and shelf correspond with the size of the frame that the units hold not the size of the unit itself The exposure units are about 1 wider and longer than the dimension shown in the table
