BIC picks up smart notebook maker Rocketbook for $40 million
BIC has acquired 100% of Rocketbook, the Boston-based maker of cloud-connected, smart and reusable notebooks and accessories, in a $40 million deal designed to merge each company’s technology and expertise to “expand the global accessibility of digital writing.â€
The Rocketbook Fusion Smart Reusable Notebook is designed for every classroom, office, and personal mission! The Fusion is a reusable pen and paper notebook with seven different page templates and 42 pages that connect to your favorite cloud services. The 42 futuristic reusable pages are packed with 7 different page styles including tasks list, weekly planner, monthly calendar, OKR goal template, ideas list, dot-grid and lined pages.
