Be quiet dark rock 4 pull or push?

I have the be quiet dark rock 4 heatsink and with the fan blowing air in it won't let me add 2x8gb more ram it would be a good option to put that fan blowing air out I'm just worried about temperatures my cpu is ryzen 5 3600 and i have 2x8gb 3600mhz gskill ripjaws v i dont like rgb
