Sensi 18K Prosecco is a straw-yellow in color with persistent bubbles. Notes of green apple and citrus fruits on the nose are followed to the palate, a light and refreshing, yet elegant wine. Sensi’s roots are steeped in the history and tradition of their founding families Tuscan wine-making tradition. The precious gold bottle encapsulates the pure gold bubbles and its elegant balance of acidity and creamy foam palate. Prepared with 100% Glera grapes, in the fertile, loamy and sandy hills of the Treviso Plains and Valdobbiadene hills, 18K undergoes Vinification without skins in steel with batonnage on fine lees. The secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave using the Charmat method with selected yeast at a controlled temperature. Embrace all the senses with its clean elegant nose with pleasant sensations of fruit, pear and apple, and aromatic herbs. The lively, fresh Prosecco invigorates the palate with a full-bodied fine-bubbled feel and a fruity, enveloping finale.
