GreenPan Reserve Nonstick Skillet with Glass Lid, 12-Inch on Food52

GreenPan Reserve Nonstick Skillet with Glass Lid, 12-Inch on Food52

GreenPan’s Reserve 12-inch nonstick skillet has a durable ceramic coating that’s free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. Get it with a tempered glass lid.
Whoever said “pretty as a picture” must’ve been talking about this skillet from GreenPan. And while it’ll turn heads at the stove, to be sure, it’s got power behind it too. Take that ceramic nonstick coating, for example: It’s totally free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, and it won’t release toxic fumes, either—even if you overheat it. Then there’s the hard anodized aluminum construction, which is scratch resistant and promises ultra-even heat distribution without any warping. Wanna pop it in the oven or under the broiler? Go right ahead. The frying pan’s safe for temps up to 600°F, and the tempered glass lid is good to go up to 425°F. It’s blessedly dishwasher safe, though we’d still recommend hand washing. (Either way, it’s easy-peasy to clean.) Take your pick from three gorgeous colors, and delight in knowing there’s a whole set of cookware to match.
