You can use the power supply to connect multiple Philips Hue low-voltage lamps to the same plug. Choose between the 40W and 100W transformer, depending on how many lamps you want to connect to the plug. If you want to connect 5 Hue lamps with a wattage of 8W each, the 40W power supply will suffice. But if you have 12 Hue lamps with a wattage of 8W each, you’ll need the 100W version.
