One packet corresponds to 6 sheets of gelatine and is sufficient for 500 ml of liquid.  preparation Mix the contents of the bag with 4-6 tablespoons of cold water and let the mixture swell for 10 minutes. Forcold masses: heat the swollen gelatine, stirring constantly,until it is completely dissolved.Add a few tablespoons of the cold mass to the gelatin and stir briefly. Slowlystir in the rest of the cold mixture .
