7 reviews for Sonesta, 1.0 stars: 'Stay away from Sonesta Suites. They will rip you off and lie until the cows come home. They charged me for two extra nights after I left, they harassed me for taking my "complimentary snacks", they did nothing about the secondhand smoke drifting in my room, they took my bank card and put fraudulent charges on it and when I tried to challenge it they called me a liar. They have no ethics, you cannot trust them and their rooms are dirty. The appliances are old and many people have complained about bed bugs and roaches. Everyone all over the internet has the same complaints about this hotel chain. DO NOT STAY THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!'
