Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus wierdness - Configuration - Home

I am trying to use a Sonoff Zigbee 3.0.USB Dongle Plus on a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ running Home Assistant but the configuration does not seem to be anything like shown or described on videos, tutorials, or the Sonoff site. After plugging in the dongle, Notifications says that there are new devices discovered.
