Park Tool BBT-9 bottom bracket tool – Retrogression

The big end of this tool fits Sram GXP, Shimano, Sugino, Phil Wood, Miche, Tange, Andel (and many more) 16-notch external bearing bottom bracket cups with a 44mm diameter.

It also works perfectly to install and remove Phil Wood Pro Track and Alter Pista lockrings.

The small endwellit's useless when it comes to track bikes. Do what we did - remove the little plastic Hollowtech II adjustment wheely-deal, throw it in the trash and wrap the handle with some leftover bar tape for more grip.
