Both graphite and carbon are water-soluble and ready for use with a wet brush. They can be used dry or wet and allow artists to achieve a wide range of washes ranging from the deepest blacks to the more subtle transparent grays. They are erasable once dry and are great for adding texture and depth to sketches and watercolor paintings. Available in 20g Graphite tins, 60g Graphite tins and carded Carbon.
