This Laguiole knife with a handle in elegant Birchwood has been hand-made in our manufactory in Laguiole, France, according to the knife-making tradition dating back to 1828. It has two stainless steel bolsters that protect the handle during daily use. As most of the materials used are of natural origin, their appearance (colour, veining, grain) is likely to vary from one item to another.
