Gremlins are on their way to Ultra HD Blu-ray - Blu-ray Disc Association

WarnerBros. Home Entertainment has announced that it is preparing for an Ultra HD & 4K remaster of Joe Dante’s classic Gremlins (1984), starring Zach Galligan, Phoebe Cates, Hoyt Axton, Polly Holliday, and Frances Lee McCain. Gremlins heads home on 1st October.
